Before reading or commissioning me, please note;
Outside of my part-time job as an artist, I do have a life of my own, and I am also a living, breathing person. If you cannot respect this, then please do not bother commissioning me. I will not be treated poorly by others for things that may be out of my control at the time.˗ˏˋ ★ I. General Rules:
∙ I take commissions through Bluesky, Ko-fi, and Twitch. These are the places to contact me if you're interested! (I occasionally take commissions on Furaffinity @ ectod0g)∙ I have the right to refuse any commission, please remember this!∙ I have the right to choose whether or not I upload your commission to Bluesky or any other site.∙ NSFW commissions require contacting me in private!˗ˏˋ ★ II. Payment:
∙ I only accept USD∙ All commissions must be ordered paid for via my Ko-fi page This ensures I properly receive all commission information and references!∙ I will not begin your work until I receive the full payment unless a prior agreement has been made.˗ˏˋ ★ III. "How long will my commission take?"
∙ My public queue/trello can be found HERE∙ Commissions can take anywhere from 1 week to 1-2 months, but I work hard to get art out as fast as I can! Outside of art, I do have a full time job, so I tend to work on my days off when I can.∙ You are absolutely free to ask me for updates/WIPs on any commissions! However, please do not spam me if I do not get back to you immediately.∙ I announce on Bluesky (@maksp0wer) what days I'll be working on art, or if there will be any possible delays in work.∙ Commissioners will also be contacted privately about delays if needed!Please make sure all hard deadlines are discussed up front!I am happy to work with deadlines, and the sooner I know about one the better! This allows me to make sure I have the time to complete your commission by the date before I accept!Some varying factors to completion time are:∙ The order of which I receive commissions∙ The complexity or style of your order/character∙ Outside plans, arrangements, etc. (work shifts, family, travel, etc.)˗ˏˋ ★ IV. "Ahh, there's something wrong with my commission!":∙ If I have made a mistake on your commission, please let me know so I can fix it!∙ I will fix small details that might be overlooked like small markings/colorations free of charge.∙ If you provided me with an unclear or shaded reference that caused me to have to improvise on markings, colors, etc, and I got it wrong, there will be a small fee associated with fixing it.Please be sure to provide a clear, UNSHADED, reference of your character when ordering!˗ˏˋ ★ V. Copyright/Usage Policy:∙ You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use. This includes, but is not limited to, cropping the art to use for icons, banners, journal skins, etc.∙ You may repost the commission onto your Bluesky, Twitter, FA, etc, but you must credit me. Uncredited artwork will be reported as stolen.∙ Crediting me otherwise is not necessary, but always appreciated!Things that are absolutely prohibited:
∙ Using my artwork commercially without proper credit or prior authorization∙ Taking credit for my artwork∙ Removing my watermarks/signature∙ Commissioners are able to purchase the unwatermarked file ($5-$10 based on piece size)∙ Unwatermarked files are NOT to be uploaded on social media, they are for personal use ONLY!∙ Editing/altering the artwork itself without permission (just ask me if edits need to be made!)∙ Please note that all commissions I produce are still my Intellectual Property. I have the right to post your commission both on and outside of Bluesky (Ko-fi, FA, etc.) to promote myself/my art. However, I will always properly credit the commissioner for their character.˗ˏˋ ★ VI. Canceling / Refund Policy:∙ If you'd like to cancel your commission, please message me privately via Bluesky or Ko-fi.∙ If you cancel and I have already started on your piece, you will be given a PARTIAL REFUND!∙ Any and all commissions canceled by me are guaranteed a FULL REFUND!★★★★Will and Will NOT draw;I WILL draw the following:∙ Anthropomorphic and feral animals and/or creatures, this includes but is not limited to: MLP/Ponies, closed species, alien-like creatures, etc.∙ Humans or humanoid characters, this includes but is not limited to: nekomimis, kemonomimis, closed species, aliens, etc.∙ FNAF characters/animatronics∙ Gore and/or candy gore∙ Littlefur/kidfur/babyfur content (SFW ONLY)∙ Some kinks and/or fetishes (ASK)∙ I am not, nor will I ever be, a kink shamer and I enjoy attempting to draw things outside of my comfort zone, however some kinks I just will not/cannot draw. Therefore, please ask if you believe what you are requesting be drawn is out of the norm!I WILL NOT draw the following:∙ Nazi and/or Nazi paraphernalia∙ This includes artwork pertaining to the Alt Furries and Furry Raiders∙ Pornographic artwork for anyone knowingly under the age of 18 years old∙ Any type of sexual assault, rape, and/or molestation∙ Any type of child pornography∙ Any type of zoophilic content∙ Feces and/or vomit in sexual, kink, and/or fetish matter∙ Mechs, vehicles, and/or anything similar
